Diversified Fluid Solutions’ first major project, which was manufactured in our Boise, Idaho facility was installed on Tuesday January 20, 2009 in the sub-fab of one of the worlds leading chip manufacturers. Each cabinet allows two 55 gal drums of chemicals to be put on line, locally re-circulated with filtration and provides a pumped supply to the clean room production tools when a demand is received. In addition, the control boxes on top of the cabinets have an LCD touch panel display allowing the operator to easily interface with the system when required. DFS systems are always engineered to meet strict quality and safety requirements and standards while also keeping each client’s unique and specific needs in mind.
Diversified Fluid Systems (DFS) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Conihasset. DFS offers custom solutions to meet a wide variety of needs, whether it is a full Chemical Delivery System, Point of use Blender or an upgrade to an existing piece of equipment, we have the ability to help you succeed. DFS senior managers have over 25 years experience in design and manufacturing of high purity products and chemical/slurry process equipment including engineering design, construction, qualification, and process management. The DFS team has the expertise to handle various prototype builds up to and including production units.
In late April we received our vendor approval from Intel. We are excited to work with them and look forward to providing them with our unique sub-fab solutions.
